Purpose of the website

The website provides public information, indicative service prices, a packaging licence and service estimator, short qualification tools and contact forms. It does not create an account, client file, binding quote, contract, payment, signature, register entry, filing or regulated appointment.

Forms and assistant

Submitting a form only asks the EPR Europe team to contact you. Any proposal, engagement, mandate or service is agreed separately outside this website. The AI assistant provides source-bound general information and can make mistakes; do not send personal, confidential or case-specific identifiers in chat.

Indicative information

Prices, calculations, dates and qualification results are non-binding. Germany publishes no statutory packaging tariff, so every licence figure shown is an observed market reference with the date it was checked, never an official rate. Product classification, the legal entity, its German establishment, contracts, customer end use and sales channel can change the outcome. Dual-system licence charges, VAT, guarantees and third-party charges are separate.

We work to keep the public website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, registration, confirmation of an authorised-representative designation, timing, legal compliance, absence of penalties or marketplace acceptance.
